Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and the agreed advance is received. Quoted prices are valid for the dates and traveller count stated and may change if those details change or if third-party rates revise.
Payments
You may pay online through our payment partner or choose pay-later where offered. The balance must be settled before the journey begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. Taxes and levies are applied as per prevailing law.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing. Refunds are processed after deducting non-recoverable costs already committed to hotels, transporters and permits, plus applicable service charges. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7–14 working days of approval.
Traveller responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid identification and permits, for their health and fitness for hill or pilgrimage travel, and for their personal belongings. Please follow the guidance of our drivers and guides at all times.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes or losses arising from weather, landslides, roadblocks, strikes, government orders or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to arrange suitable alternatives.
